Indian recipes

I'm a huge fan of cooking (and eating!!) Indian food. The Indian cuisine is probably the richest in the world, with its exotic spices and flavours, and beautiful colours and smells.

Since I started cooking Indian food (somewhere summer 2004) I collected some very nice recipes, some of which I'd like to share (also I want to have them on-line so I can easily read them myself if required ;).

The recipes are all authentic, which usually implies that it's a lot of work to prepare them!! Expect to be busy for a couple of hours on a nice dinner for four...

I have tested all the dishes myself, and loved every one of them. If I don't like a dish, I won't add it. Of course, tastes differ...
